WE'RE OPEN
During this time, we would like to reassure you that we are open. We are monitoring all updates to UK Government policy and guidance daily. We are putting the relevant measure's in place to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.
We are a very financially sound company and have plenty of stock of all the raw materials to build your new kitchen. Ultima (our parent company) has posted some exceptional financial results that are the envy of many other suppliers and manufacturers of kitchens in the UK and Europe.
FULFILLING ALL KITCHEN ORDERS PLACED
We make all our kitchens right here in the UK and have plenty of stock to fulfil all kitchen orders placed. We would like to reassure you that we are a long-standing business that is well prepared for the challenges ahead. Our manufacturing facilities are now running split shifts to assist our staff with childcare responsibilities in light of school closures and ensure production continues as planned.
DELIVERIES AS USUAL
Deliveries are continuing as planned. If you're self-isolating and need to make any changes to your order, we are more than happy to work around your requirements as best we can.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK
Due to the recent message from our Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, telling people to stay at home, we have very limited human resources at the moment.
In light of this, our phone lines will temporarily close at 5pm on 25/03/2020, and we will move over to our support ticket system, as our main method of customer communication. We will be answering support tickets 7 days a week from 9am until 9pm, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, as you may have seen in the latest Which? survey (84% for customer satisfaction).
We hope you'll understand that this situation is completely out of our control and we are putting the health & safety of our staff first, by adhering to the government's social distancing guidelines.
