Deliveries

Below is variety of delivery levels which cater for our large range of products. You delivery level can be selected when you checkout your order. We can only deliver to the mainland UK.

Kitchen deliveries

We offer 2 levels of delivery for complete kitchens. We also have a delivery option if you require extras that were forgotten off your original order.

When can I get my kitchen

If you order your kitchen today, we can deliver it to your home on week commencing 17/02/2025. Please check individual ranges for details.

Our delivery times are Monday to Sunday - 8am to 10pm.

Our collection times are Monday to Friday - 9am to 12pm and 12:30pm to 2pm

Please note that if you also order appliances from DIY Kitchens, these will be delivered separately, on any day during your w/c delivery week.

Preparing for delivery

We require our delivery teams to wear safety footwear. Please make any necessary arrangements to protect your flooring prior to delivery.

All units are provided fully rigid assembled. Whilst these have many advantages over flatpack, such as fitting time & cost, their only dis-advantage is storage & access. Please ensure you have cleared a suitable area in your home prior to delivery.

Delivering safely

During this time, we would like to reassure you that we are open and delivering safely.

We are monitoring all updates to UK Government policy and guidance daily and putting the relevant measure's in place to ensure the safety of all customers and staff as we continue to deliver all kitchen orders placed.

Standard

2 person delivery.
Your delivery will arrive between Monday - Sunday on the delivery week commencing you choose. We will give you a 2 day delivery window.
Notification the day before your delivery.
1 hour text message notice from driver before arrival.
Our drivers will off load the units into your property. *
  1. You get a 2 person delivery.
  2. If you choose a delivery date, you will have 48 working hours to amend your order. Our deliveries are typically on larger overnight runs which can cross over multiple days this is why we give a 2 day delivery window.
  3. Our drivers will off load the units into your property (ground floor only - max 6 steps and max 20 metres walking distance).
  4. You will be contacted the day before delivery by email & text message.
  5. You will receive a text message from our driver 1 hour before arrival.

* It is our driver's responsibility to get the units to the back of the truck. It is your responsibility to provide sufficient able bodied labour to carry these into your storage or your property. These units are very heavy and they will require at least 2 physically able people to safely carry them!

Make life easier with factory fitted kitchen doors

Here at DIY Kitchens we operate a open & honest pricing policy. We advise customers to watch the video below before making a final decision.

Please note that we now supply all our kitchen units with doors/drawers fitted as standard. Your units will arrive fully rigid with all doors/drawer fronts pre-fitted (this is now included in the price of our units, and no additional fittings costs will be charged at the checkout phase)

Appliances

Delivery of appliances is free, when ordered as part of a kitchen delivery or as an addition to an existing order. If ordered as part of a kitchen, your appliances will be delivered separately and on any day during your w/c delivery week. Appliances must be ordered as part of a full kitchen order or as an addition to an existing order.

Free Delivery

Appliances

Your appliances will be delivered separate to your kitchen, direct from our appliance partners Electrolux, AEG and CDA. Delivery will be on any day during your w/c delivery week.
If ordered as an addition to an existing order, appliances will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days.

Worktops

If ordered with sinks, taps & appliances or as part of a complete kitchen you will receive free delivery on these items and the delivery of the whole order will be collated together and delivered in accordance with the delivery timescales for sinks, taps & appliances or complete kitchens.
