A bespoke colour and stock colour were chosen. The units and appliances arrived with friendly helpful driver/delivery men and wow, the quality, colour and standard were amazing, friends, family, even one of the companies from above have all admired the quality and the wowza of a saving.

Three months from final fitting and we wouldn't change a thing. We cannot recommend DIY Kitchens enough for their range, style, quality and amazing customer service. Can't thank you all enough for a perfect dream kitchen for our new home.'

We were blown away the showroom was amazing. I got to work designing it straight away as soon as I got home. I found it really easy just the corners I found tricky but you message your problem and they sort it online and rejiggle stuff you may have missed.

The whole experience was the nicest and easiest of all the renovation. The kitchen fitter was a friend who fits for The Range and he couldn’t believe how well made and easy to fit the kitchen was. It all came numbered and you just print your plan out.

The kitchen was in in 3 days and it was almost £10,000 less than Howdens and the quality far outshines.

The cabinets are really well manufactured and of a high quality. We heard about DIY Kitchens from a friend who recommended them for their high quality and we made a good saving over other kitchen quotes that we had, when comparing kitchens of a similar quality.

Although this kitchen cost more than the likes of Ikea and B&Q, the difference in price was a big jump in quality and compared to other kitchens of a similar quality, this offered a substantial saving. '

I heard about you by Googling. I didn’t get formal quotes from other providers, mainly because none other than very expensive bespoke kitchens (at at least double the price or more) could provide the range of sizes and types of unit which I wanted. Other than you, It’s really only bespoke kitchens that give that sort of flexibility: your other competitors (Wren, Magnet and the DIY sheds) aren’t in the same league.'

I can only echo the comments made by other customers in that the quality and service standards demonstrated by DIY Kitchens is utterly and completely second to none. We made three visits to the showroom and each time the staff there were really helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us making the decision on what type to go for.

Silsden White was the final decision as our kitchen is north facing with the south facing window close to trees, so the lighter the better. And a traditional look was what we were seekling.

Communications throughout were of an equally high standard and the entire process from initial enquiry to delivery and fitting was as painless and straightforward as could be wished.

Having had quotes from 'specialist' kitchen suppliers of up to £76,000 (Yes, really!) we completed the kitchen here for under £19,000 inclusive of sinks, taps, garbage grinder, lighting, wine cooler and integrated tall fridge and freezer. We reused the ovens, dishwasher and washing machine as finding new items such as these at the time was proving difficult.

All in all, I cannot recommend DIY Kitchens highly enough. Particularly for their very high standards of customer service.'

This kitchen was a replacement for an MFI kitchen that I fitted 19 years ago. As it was solid oak doors it seemed indestructible but we eventually decided to change it because it was so dated.

We are highly delighted with our new kitchen and we had a long debate over the colour - ordering many different sample colours - eventually settling on Dakar, and the first thing that everybody talks about when they see it is how lovely the colour is. Building the kitchen I knew we had bought quality units that will last the test of time. The only outside help I had was in cutting and fitting the worktops. The only thing missing is that I have yet to inset 4 lights into the bridge over the sink.

We spent quite a few weeks trying to find replacement tiles for the walls when we took the old kitchen out and could not find something that suited the new kitchen or that we liked. We left the old tiles on the wall as a bit of a gamble as we felt that they tied in the colour of the units, the walls, the floor tiles and the wood and we are highly delighted that we kept them. They work so well.

Because we chose 2 ovens that were combination ovens / pizza ovens / microwaves, and my wife did not want to be reaching too high to get access to the top oven I ordered the oven unit as dry build and then modified it to have a single drawer, the 2 ovens and a top lift up cupboard, and the unit has been a huge success. Maybe it could be something you offer as a pre built unit in the future?'

My carpenter complimented on the high quality of the kitchen and he could not believe that the price was almost half of what you would pay for the same quality in other famous kitchen companies.

We absolutely adore our Silsden Alabaster transformation! As you can see from the photos, you can hardly recognise it is the same room!

The units are stylish, robust and expertly crafted. We chose oak worktops and had our builder route the edges (as we had seen in the showroom display). We came all the way up to the showroom from Eastbourne as we wanted to see the quality of the materials and we were not disappointed. What an amazing place the showroom is (and the snacks were delicious too!).

We chose a quartz worktop for our island and we love the way it all blends together – even the handles are fantastic. We had waited 25 years to change the kitchen and every day I walk into it in the morning and it makes me incredibly happy.

I would recommend DIY without reservation. The staff were amazingly knowledgeable and helpful and we found the virtual planner indispensable. All in all a fantastic experience. Thank you very very much!'

I have had your website in my ‘favourites’ for 5 or 6 years – I think I found it on a google search when I was looking around the web and I kept it because of the choice you offer in styles/colours – don’t think I have ever come across anyone that offers so much !

Once we had decided on the lay-out and the choice of doors and finish (Silsdon Carbon) we had you send us a sample door, then followed that up with a trip to your showroom so that I could check out the kitchens in the flesh as it were.... We were really impressed on our visit both by the kitchens on show , and your very friendly and helpful people. We arrived home in the early afternoon and I ordered our kitchen online that evening.

What really sold us on this particular kitchen was the over mantle, it really sets off a range cooker and we think it looks brilliant.

As to the units, they arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, and with them being fully built complete with magic corners and pull outs installed it was the easiest kitchen I have ever fitted (this being the 4th so far) I managed to fit all the units except the sink and over mantle in two afternoons ! The sink unit was done the following Sunday (you delivered on a Wednesday) but I had to wait until my friend was available to lift the over mantle into place.

A T&G panel had been missed on the delivery, but was sorted out quickly and easily by yourselves and did’nt impact on the installation at all.

Overall we are chuffed to bits with the finished kitchen, and we are so pleased that we bought our units from you. Loved the tea and choccy biscuits included, that’s a nice touch that you would’nt get anywhere else, and from a practical point of view it was well built, very nicely finished, and very easy to install. Also found your staff a pleasure to deal with both face to face and via email – they are a credit to you.'

From start to finish we were thoroughly impressed by all aspets of obtaining our kitchen from DIY Kitchens. Firstly the web site was excellent. It is logically laid out and with all of tools like visualisers, planners, guides, videos, technical specifications etc it made designing and selecting our kitchen very easy.

Once we had our initial plan we set off from Scotland to the showroom and sat with one of DIY's technicians who tweaked our design and provided invaluable guidance and tips on how we could improve our soultion and make the installation easier. We were really impressed with the time they took with us and their knowledge and experience of the products. We chose a Traditional Silsden Painted Grey kitchen with Star Galaxy Granite with Pewter effect knobs and handles.

Then whilst we waited on the units being built we removed our old kitchen and prepared it for the arrival of he new units.

From this point on the communication from DIY kitchens was excellent and we were kept advised at each stage of the process by emails. Then we were contacted on schedule to confirm th delivery and the team arrived and delivered all of the fully built units (with the exception of the Walk In Larder which had to be assembled on site by us). There were was one item missing but we simply raise a ticket on the online system and it was there within days.

Then the DIY granite contractor arrived and templated our kitchen. This was done using a laser scanner which made a laser image of our kitchen which was then emailed to the workshop where they could start cutting the garite - amazing use of technology and brillaint service. Once again the team arrived within a wekk with the granite worktops and installed them to a high standard.

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of our units and the excellent support and service from DIY Kitchens and thir suncontractors. We would highly recommend them to anyone. In addition they were very competitively priced for th high quality of materials and fittings that they use.'

Very impressed with the quality of the kitchen units, particularly the doors which clearly show the wood grain through the painted finish and have a quality look and feel to them.

Although I purchased laminate worktops from DIY Kitchens for my Utility Room (installed early in 2018) I used quartz worktops in the kitchen obtained and fitted by a small company based in Denbigh North Wales.

I fitted the kitchen units myself which is why I made two orders, the wall cupboards being fitted after the worktops had been installed. The kitchen units were mostly very easy to fit, the only real problem I had was with the kitchen mantle unit. I would recommend that you consider dispatching the mantle unit as a flat pack, to be assembled on site, if not being fitted by a kitchen fitter.

I was recommended to DIY Kitchens by a friend in Nantwich who had already fitted one of your kitchens. Visited your show room, which was very helpful in deciding doors to order and gave me some useful ideas for designing our kitchen. Spent a long time using your online design software (beta version) and made a number of different designs before finally deciding on what to order. This software was excellent.

In summary I am extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone looking to fit a new kitchen or replace an existing one.'

Diy-kitchens was recommended by our son as he and his girlfriend chose diy for their own kitchen, after considerable research, and raved about the quality compared to a lot of the well-known brands.

We found planning and ordering the kitchen straightforward. We had previously visited the showroom to have a look at the kitchens in situ and found everyone there and on the phone very helpful.

Delivery was on time and the men were very friendly and efficient. We were able to check-in every item, as they were clearly labelled.

The finished kitchen is beautiful. The legs are sturdy, the doors have lovely rounded edges and wipe-clean surfaces and the pan drawers are strong. The carcases are very well made. We particularly like the larder unit and the bin unit. We would also recommend the pull-out baskets for base units to give easy access to items at the back of the cupboards.

Overall, to sum up our kitchen: Quality, Excellent value for money, Brilliant service, All units constructed in the factory ? not a flat-pack in sight. We would choose diy-kitchens again and recommend to anyone.'
