Damir from Aberdeen "I ordered units in Broadoak Natural, and I was impressed with the quality of doors and units. I was not sure if I can buy a kitchen online, but I am glad I took the risk. The kitchen arrived on time and very well packaged. I installed the units myself (had a joiner helping me) and the instructions received with the kitchen were easy to follow. All fixing were included with the kitchen, so I did not have to buy anything to install the units. I did buy the worktop and appliances locally though."

Jen from Welwyn Garden City "Fantastic. Service, quality and delivery. Everything has been just fantastic."

Adrian from Devon "We are very pleased with the build of the cabinets. They are much more robust than many others we have seen. The door and drawer fronts are a very nice finish. We are particularly pleased we chose the glass fronted cabinet so we can exhibit our collection of gins!

The service we received was very good. The sales people checked our order and queried an extra magic corner mechanism that we had accidentally included in the order. Impressive!"

Broadoak Sanded

Beth from Kent "We were recommended to DIY Kitchens by a local developer who now only uses this company. We ordered the Broadoak Sanded kitchen as we wanted to use a specific paint colour which matched our decor. However, the quality and finish of the bare wood is so outstanding that it has therefore left us in a quandry whether to just treat most of the units or paint them. Everyone who walks into the kitchen is really impressed and I have been passing on the company name to them all. The service and efficiency from DIY Kitchens has been second to none even with the smallest of requests and I would highly recommend them. "

Ann from Glasgow "Please find attached the photos of my new kitchen as I noticed that your customer area currently only has 2 Malton Oak kitchens available to view.

The quality of the units and doors was excellent and them arriving built with doors already on made them so easy to fit it took half the time my fitter quoted for, he was so impressed with the quality of the build he has since ordered a new kitchen from diy kitchens himself. No one can believe how much the project cost given the quality.

I found the planning tools on the website very helpful allowing me to design a kitchen which fitted my needs and looked great to.
I had a few little scratches on the doors but your team had that sorted out in no time and it didn't hold up the installation, in fact all of the support tickets were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

My Worktops were Duropal laminate crystal black, the quality was high and they completed the look of the kitchen.

I couldn't be happier with the end result and love my new kitchen, I wouldn't go anywhere else now and have recommended Diy kitchens to friends and colleagues as the overall experience from start to finish was second to none.

Thank you for making a high stress project as easy as possible. "

Robert from Norwich "Hello DIY Kitchens

Please find attached pictures of our completed kitchen ordered from yourselves.

My wife and I are very pleased with the finished results. The cabinets and solid oak doors are fantastic quality. The installation went smoothly because the cabinets came ready-assembled with easy to follow instructions on fitting. I found DIY Kitchens whilst browsing online, and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. The units and fittings were straightforward to order with the opportunity to change/review my order; this was utilised when we decided to have the doors pre-drilled.

The kitchen was fitted by myself, and everyone that has seen the new kitchen has been thoroughly impressed with the workmanship and quality of the cabinets.

We would highly recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone considering a new kitchen."

Carol from Surrey "Our existing kitchen was only a few years old, but had been installed by the previous owner and the layout was not to our taste. We also decided that we wanted to install a range cooker and extend the kitchen into the dining area, creating more worktop space and a large breakfast bar. The criteria for us, was to match our existing kitchen units. Our Second Nature kitchen had been professionally installed by a kitchen company and was not obtainable through outlets such as Magnet, B&Q etc. Searching on the web we found several companies who sold units with Second Nature doors, but DIY Kitchens definitely came out with the best reviews and customer satisfaction.

We used curved base units on the breakfast bar to give a softer look, as it extends into the dining area. The soft close doors are excellent and the full height pull-out larder is the envy of our friends! The worktops are locally supplied black mirror fleck quartz. As we couldn?t decide on the door handles at the time of ordering, we sourced those separately later on, as well as the LED under cupboard lighting and pendant lighting over the breakfast bar.

We purchased all our appliances from another supplier, as DIY Kitchens did not sell what we wanted. We chose a hidden, pull out extractor fan over the range cooker, as we wanted to keep the beautiful clean lines that the Second Nature doors give the kitchen.

The straightforward on-line ordering process made it easy to revisit the shopping cart to check what we had ordered, before we took the final decision. Before placing the order we telephoned Customer Service for advice, as we had found another supplier who could provide the same kitchen at a cheaper price. DIY Kitchens matched their price, so we went ahead and placed the order with them.

At the request of DIY Kitchens we delayed delivery by a couple of weeks, as they were very busy following the flooding in the winter and everyone needing new kitchens. On the day of delivery there were a couple of items missing, but these arrived separately a couple of days later. Everything was in perfect order, with no damage and labelled up really well.

As the work involved some complicated re-jigging of existing units, as well as installation of the range cooker, my husband decided to do the work himself. He found the quality of the new cabinets to be far superior to the original ones, so much so that we ended up ordering a few extra items to maintain the same quality throughout. The whole job took nearly 5 months, as we had to gut the kitchen completely with new flooring, wall tiles etc. Now it is finished we are extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone wanting to fit a new kitchen. The quality of their product and helpfulness of their staff meant the whole project went very smoothly. "

Steve from Croydon "I was impressed with the overall quality of the units and the way in which they had been assembled. We opted for a sanded oak finish which we painted ourselves although next time we would seriously consider having them pre-painted at the factory due to the time taken to complete. The units are easily installed by anyone with a standard tool kit and average DIY skills, due mainly to the clever adjustments on brackets, hinges and legs etc. I had a few items missing from the initial delivery but these were sent later with minimal fuss. We are really pleased with the end result and the money we saved using DIY Kitchens. "

Steve from Hereford "Overall impression of the kitchen - we love it. The chosen worktop is engineered stone in cream and Balin stone luxury vinyl tiles on the floor complement the Natural Broad oak superbly. "

Gavin from Warwickshire "Very pleased with the quality and appearance of this kitchen. I fitted the kitchen myself and found it reasonably easy to install even though I haven't got a single straight or true wall in the house! "

Mr Marini - Glasgow "My experience with Diy Kitchens was excellent from start to finish.

The website is really easy to use and select items from when putting together the order.

Any queries were resolved by helpful staff at the other end of a quick phone call. They stayed in contact right the way through until delivery keeping me updated on delivery status. "

Miss Tiernan - West Yorkshire "We are thrilled with the finished kitchen. We had units in three colours and the solid feel of the kitchen and finish on the doors is exceptional. I did a lot of homework before ordering and looked at just about every brand in our budget and DIY kitchens were by far the best. Our level of satisfaction for quality is outstanding."
