Neil & Julie from West Lothian "Please convey to all concerned how delighted we have been with the product, service and pricing we have experienced with diy since we decided to place our order with you.

Without exception every individual we have dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable and cheery; the acid test for that was when we had to report damaged goods. Almost an inevitability, but there was never an issue and replacements were organised with urgency and competence; it was a real pleasure to deal with yourselves.

Thanks again, it goes without saying we are more than happy to recommend your company and endorse the high quality of your product and service offering."

Andrew from Sutton in Ashfield "My dealings with DIY kitchen was first class, found the company online when doing my research and found the quality and price tremendous and the units were already built (result). Web site was easy to use when selecting and pricing it up , even for a 52 year old so congratulations to you on that keep it up. "

Malton Oak

Chris from Westbury "Well, we are really happy with the quality of our Shaker Malton Oak kitchen. I found DIY Kitchens through an on line search after extensive research & reading as many (hopefully independent) customer reviews as I could find of all the well known kitchen retailers.

As a result of this research, my main concern with choosing which supplier to go with was how my order would be dealt with in the event of any of the units arriving damaged or being incorrect. I needed to know that in this event, it would be rectified quickly as most of the negative feedback I had read about other suppliers related not so much about the quality of the units but about the poor after sales care when there had been an quality issue.

Fortunately, whilst researching DIY kitchens, it became apparent, that this hadnít been an issue with previous customers & even more reassuringly, that it was rare for units to arrive damaged or be the incorrect size, type etc anyway (accepting that things can always go wrong in life of course).

So, adding a very competitive price, good manufacture & delivery times to a positive reputation, decision made. Looking back now itís all finished (first time Iíve ever fitted any sort of kitchen) & having a chance to reflect, Iím happy to say my faith in DIY Kitchens has been completely rewarded, We are very happy with the whole process, receiving a quality product underpinned by excellent communication & customer service from initial enquiry right through to delivery & beyond. I would (& have already) happily recommend DIY Kitchens, many thanks. "

Harewood Dakar

David from Wolviston "(Harewood Dakar and Oak) - Would we use DIY Kitchens again? A definite yes. We found DIY Kitchens whilst searching online for alternatives to the usual high Street retailers.

Having had a few quotes, and then comparing against DIY Kitchens, it was obvious that their prices were very competitive. What we liked was being able to price alternative kitchen styles and designs to see how these fitted our budget, without having to spend hours in kitchen showrooms!

We visited their showroom twice. If you can get there, I would recommend it. We used the sample door service which was great for checking colours, they can look quite different in different lighting.

Ordering was very straightforward. Being able to amend the order upto the cutoff time was really useful as we added some additional units just before the cutoff without a problem.

Delivery was via the two man delivery and everything was very well packaged. I would recommend the two man delivery unless you have a few strong people to hand.

With being fully assembled the units can be heavy. We used the online support both before and after ordering and this was very straightforward.

We are really pleased with the final kitchen and quality of all the units. Being fully assembled saves a lot of time and really adds to quality of the final installation, especially if to you choose to fit yourself as we did. "

Hugh from Giffnock "Excellent service, quality, price and best showroom in UK with zero hard sell. well worth the visit. Sample doors were a great idea. Steve from Sales helped with some sizing issues and made the process easy. Post Sales Support also very good, I would 100% recommend. Understand concerns with distance, worth the visit..."

Cento Oak

Karen from Normanton "We heard about DIY kitchens from the daughter of our Architect who was drawing up the plans for our new kitchen extension. We love the modern look of cento oak but wanted a warm feel and therefore teamed it up with brown/cream veined quartz worktops and brown & cream accessories."

Broadoak Rye

Andrew from Barnsley "Our overall impression of the products is that we were blown away by the great service we received from start to finish. The quality of the kitchen units, carcass, doors, accessories is by far the best we came across while we were searching for a new kitchen and making comparisons with other providers. The customer service we received from the very beginning was superb cant fault anyone. There were teething issues here and there but were dealt with quickly. Thank you to all. would recommend to anyone. "

Malton Oak

Dr Bartoli from Harrow "We are extremely happy with the final result. The new kitchen, a sort of galley kitchen (4m long and 2.5m wide) is in sage green, pinewood knobs and a very low maintenance laminate worktop in oak colour that goes perfectly with the cabinets. The old kitchen Ė now family room Ė has the same style of furniture but in oak finish and antique bronze knobs. We also turned the lower part of one of the pantry units into a little wardrobe for daily use. The utility room was a big problem because the external wall is at an angle: we needed to have it covered with cupboards which needed to be made to measure. A carpenter made the carcass and we bought the same sage green doors of the kitchen with soft hinges and look perfect, while on the other side we fitted some extra cabinets (wall and base cabinets), a sink and the same oak worktop. We also managed to put two old chests of drawers that give a more elegant touch to it all. Itís wonderful for storing all the things that were hanging around the house and with an easy-care worktop and sink we have space for hobbies and gardening without having to interfere with the kitchen itself. Itís tidy and much more elegant than a normal utility room; with some strategic trompe-líoeil we managed to make it look wider too.

The furniture looks very good and everyone who comes compliments us. It is also solid and so easy to clean and maintain. We particularly like the way the drawers close: with just a little touch they go all the way in by themselves, even the large ones with heavy saucepans inside. We also appreciated very much the flexibility and versatility of the options that allowed us to create three different rooms with very different purposes and looks, while maintaining a harmonic continuity. And of course: the price! Especially thinking of the products we saw in some shops, which looked so-so and for which they asked a fortune, we are very aware we made the right choice. We also need to thank the staff who was very patient and kind; they helped us with the many questions we had, because we were not familiar with the process."
