Our promise

If you find any like for like products cheaper elsewhere we will beat it.. Please see further information below for specific terms relating to the different products.

Beneficial for both parties - Price matching will hopefully be beneficial to both yourself and to us as in the case of appliances for example they will be delivered all in one delivery and we will be able to check the you have the correct Unit/Appliance door configurations for the appliances ordered.

How to order Products that need to be price matched? - If you do find any like for like products cheaper elsewhere simply add the items you want to our shopping cart as normal. Then within our checkout section there is a extra notes information area in the form of a text box. Within this text box you can fill in the necessary information regarding the products you have seen or being quoted cheaper elsewhere. We will need the information regarding the price and the company (website address) that we will be matching / bettering price against. Check the order out online as normal. No payment is taken automatically online at this stage. One of our sales representatives will then alter the price accordingly and e-mail the amended order over with the updated price before taking payment and processing the order.

We have been manufacturing high specification kitchen cabinets for 30 years. We also have great experience in working with our door suppliers. Our knowledge of the products they offer is second to none. We work closely to make sure we provide the best possible unit colour match to the selected door style.

We are more than confident in the quality of the cabinets we supply, hence they are supported by a full 25 year guarantee. The kitchen ranges on our web site have been chosen on two major factors, quite simply quality and service levels. The Door ranges on our web site are either sourced from Second Nature or Multiwood, both source doors from the finest door manufacturing companies in Italy. The quality of the doors is of a higher standard to the doors supplied in the major high street Diy discount warehouses. The same doors (Second Nature/Multiwood) we supply online are also supplied in many top end designer showrooms throughout the country. Our aim is to supply designer showroom quality kitchens at a trade like price bringing our pricing more in line or even significantly cheaper than the discount warehouses. The range of kitchen door sizes available allows us to manufacture cabinets in many different widths and heights allowing us to supply the most comprehensive range of cabinets in the UK. Both Second Nature and Multiwood carry huge stock levels and pride themselves on the keeping stock of every component.

With both Second Nature and Multiwood carrying stock this means any extra items can be despatched immediately to not impact significantly the installation time your the kitchen.

Price promise

When units are added to the shopping cart the price of the unit and the door will clearly be stated. We do this for transparency of pricing. You can see what the two main components (Door + Unit) cost. If you find anywhere quoting a cheaper price for a like for like complete kitchen order please let us know and we will beat it. Necessary specification for price matching.

Sinks & taps

Quality

We source our sinks and taps from leading sink and tap suppliers worldwide including the Franke, Carron Phoenix, 1810, Quooker, Cda brands.

Price Promise

Our prices are regularly checked and matched with leading online company Sinks-taps. If you do find an individual sink or tap cheaper elsewhere we will beat it.

Appliances

We currently supply appliances from leading brands such as CDA, AEG and Zanussi. Please note that only products from these suppliers and available to order via our website will be considered for price matching.

Worktops

Quality

We source our laminate worktops from German Company Duropal. They have been the world leader in the manufacture of high pressure laminates since 1958. Lesser quality Laminate worktops are available on the market for small savings but for value for money Duropal worktops are second to none. We have been selling Duropal worktops online since 2005 and are still awaiting our first reported issue.

Second Nature wooden worktops are sourced from the finest timber suppliers in Europe. Over recent years there has been a influx of new wood worktop suppliers entering the UK market. We have trialled numerous cheaper brand Wood Worktop suppliers who have been sourcing the Worktops from mainly Far East and Turkey. Unfortunately we have pulled away from them all due to the consistency of the timber used to construct the worktop. We have noticed that the cheaper companies use a lot of filler between staves as the quality of timber used is not selected to the same grade as with Second Nature wooden worktops.

Storage solutions

Quality

All our storage solutions are sourced from Kessebohmer in Germany they are of a very high specification and whilst cheaper wirework exist most of the higher end kitchen manufacturers use Kessebohmer. The finish of the materials used combined with the smooth action runner systems and soft close functions means Kessebohmer is the choice for all our kitchen wirework. Kessebohmer products are independently tested up to 70,000 cycles ensuring a trouble free service. Kessebohmer offer a 10 year guarantee on all of their storage solutions.
