CDA offer a fast, solution-driven response to any problem. With 50,000 spares in stock in their Parts Department, Field Engineers always have access to the parts they need, when they need them. They also carry stocks of the top 200 most commonly used parts on their CDA-liveried vehicles.

Full technical support
CDA provide in-house technical support, advice, testing and quality control and have an extensive library of up-to-date technical manuals, instruction books and Certificates of Conformity. Providing quality products is important to CDA, so their quality control department keeps a close check on products, parts availability and engineer competence. This attention to detail has enabled CDA to achieve an industry-leading 93% first-time fix rate.

1991: Company founded.
Began production of ovens, hobs and extractors.

1992:

Diversified into distribution of several other brands in order to grow customer base and gather market intelligence.
Included manufacture of CDA branded kitchen furniture.

1995: Re-launched CDA extractors.

1996: Launched CDA sinks and taps.

1998: Re-launched full CDA cooking line up.
Added CDA dishwashers, refrigeration and laundry products.

2000:
Ceased production of kitchen furniture and distribution of all non-CDA branded products.

2001: Won the Lord Mayor's Award for Industry

2003: One million CDA branded products sold

2004:
Acquired and re-located to 9 acre site incorporating all UK Logistics, Warehousing, Quality Control & Testing and Customer Care after-sales services.
Also located on site are Sales, Marketing, IT and Finance.

2005:
Won Manufacturers Award for design, innovation and functionality.
Next day delivery introduced to majority of UK postcodes.

2006:
Introduced national coverage of service engineers.

2008:
