Our Goods are delivered by our own drivers to selected part of the UK mainland only. Please see the map below and make sure that your delivery address is within these limits before placing an order with us. Areas outside the boundary shown are subject to further conditions please enquire for further details. If you are unsure whether you fall within the boundaries please call or e-mail your postcode to us for verification.

A single driver will be sent to all deliveries under the Standard Delivery Service so there must be someone present at the place for delivery to help unload the larger items. You are responsible for ensuring that adequate equipment and manual labour is available at the place for delivery for unloading the Goods. Also larger items such as 900 mm x 900 mm corner units can be made dry assembled. This service is offered so the unit can be dismantled for ease of access. i.e. the unit may go through your front door. To request this service you will have to let us know via e-mail at the same time or immediately after placing your order.

We will give as much notice of the estimated day of the delivery as possible, and on the date of the delivery drivers will endeavour to give approximately two hours prior notice.

Please check all items carefully at the time of delivery. Any damages or faulty items must be reported within 3 working days of delivery in accordance with our terms and conditions. 

Please remember all kitchen carcasses are made specifically to your order and the right to cancel for consumers as set out in our terms and conditions does not apply.

Service and Delivery Options

Please select the delivery option you require when prompted to do so at the Checkout. Please check the details of each option carefully as you are responsible for ensuring that the correct and appropriate option is selected for the Goods you order and your unloading requirements.

1. Standard Service

This is the basic delivery option for deliveries of carcasses and doors. The minimum order with this option is £850.00 and the delivery charge for this service is £75.00 for deliveries within the area illustrated on the map ( see above ). See table below for delivery time schedule information.

With this service option a carrier delivers the doors (undrilled for hinges) and all items excluding the carcasses direct from the warehouse with delivery timed to arrive with you during the week that the carcasses are to be delivered.  The carcasses are delivered direct from our factory and you will be called the day before delivery is to take place. It is our driver’s responsibility to get the units to the back of the truck it is your responsibility to provide sufficient able bodied labour to carry these into your storage or your property. All units are delivered assembled using glued and doweled construction techniques, some units are very heavy and they will require at least 2 people to safely carry them!

2. Standard Plus

With this option we attach all of the doors and drawer fronts where applicable and fit any wirework or internal fittings that are listed within the carcase options. For this service we charge 15% of the cost of the units and the doors that are to be attached. The web site software cannot calculate this option, please place your order and request this service in the comments box and we will calculate this for you. 3. Gold Plus

This service is identical to Standard Plus however you are informed of the day of delivery on Wednesday of the week prior to delivery of the day of delivery. You are also telephoned the day prior to delivery to give an indication as to whether your delivery is expected to be AM or PM and the driver will contact you one hour or so before delivery to give you is ETA. The delivery is made by 2 men and it is their responsibility to carry your furniture etc into you property or storage (ground floor only). The charge for this option is £150.00 for deliveries with a minimum order value of £1250.00 within the designated delivery area.
